A parent company built to outlast cycles.
BAK Capitals is a private investment and holding company based in Bharatpur, Chitwan, Nepal. We build, own, and invest in businesses across many sectors, and our only limit is the law.
A holding company holds shares in other businesses and buys and sells those shares. BAK Capitals is the parent company, and each business under it runs independently in its own sector. Every company has its own professional leadership team, including a CEO, CFO, and COO. They run their companies and are responsible for results, while ownership stays with BAK Capitals.
We want our leaders and employees to feel like owners and to grow with us.

02 — OUR STORY
From Chitwan, with a long view.
BAK stands for the initials of my family and me. We chose the name so our legacy can last and be remembered for centuries.
I started BAK Capitals because I did not want to limit my vision to a single business. I wanted to build a group of self-sufficient companies that support each other, such as a hospital that later has its own pharmacy and medicine supply. I also wanted the freedom to invest without boundaries.
We begin with Engineering and IT. Chitwan is my home and my birthplace, and it is where BAK Capitals begins.
